César Felipe Millán Favela (;[4] Spanish: [ˈsesaɾ miˈʝan]; built-in August 27, 1969) is a Mexican-American dog trainer.[v] He is widely known for his Emmy-nominated television serial Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, which was produced from 2004 to 2012 and is broadcast in more than than 80 countries worldwide.[half dozen]
